Longtime San Francisco-based guitarist Nick Rossi mixes swing and soul with his fantastic working trio featuring Ray Jacildo at the Hammond organ. Rossi is a Bay Area jazz scene stalwart, whose stylish presence in the swing dance world compares only to his popularity in listening rooms and nightclubs. Known for his deep explorations of jazz traditions, this project in part represents a return to his roots as he spent a good portion of his early career working in R&B groups.
