The BluesRockers came up on the Bay Area circuit with a simple promise: blues you can actually dance to. The band pairs Grace Allen's vocals with a veteran cast, bassist Bill Weir out of Philadelphia, Chicago organ man Jim Crossley on the Hammond B3, Oakland guitarist Jeff Miller on slide and lead, drummer Greg Sickal in the pocket, and Kevin Galloway on saxophone. Together they turn a setlist into a party.
