  The two plays are fused into one. “El viaje de los cantores” is a pow
 erful Mexican play. It narrates a collective story\, including testimonies
  from migrants and family members\, as well as fragments of memory\, dream
 s\, and desires. While “Circo\, maroma y teatro” is interconnected wit
 h humor across scenes\, it reflects on the social and political situation 
 that Latinx immigrants face in the U.S. today.\n\nDirector: Verónica Meza
