At this terror-ific party, everyone can wear costumes, play games, win prizes, eat snacks, do fun arts and crafts, hear music and listen to stories with Librarian Emily. We will also have a face painter for those who want to spook up their costumes. Come and have a spooktacular time! Aimed at children ages 7 and under, accompanied by parents and/or caregivers.
