Maria Jose: There’s a sense of nostalgia in watching a legendary Latin pop diva stay true to her roots. Power ballads and catchy melodies bring people together on an emotional level, something the multi-talented singer and television personality María José excels at. Born María José Loyola Anaya in Mexico City, José’s career began in 1996 as a singer in the Latin pop group Kabah. After almost a decade of commercial success, Kabah disbanded in 2005 after releasing their album El Pop.
