SUMMARY:Mapping Utopias
LOCATION:Pacific Film Archive\, 2155 Center St\, Berkeley\, CA 94720
DESCRIPTION:What does utopia mean to you? Is it a distant dream\, or someth
ing that already exists in our everyday lives? This workshop\, led by educ
ator\, anthropologist\, and community organizer Isa Prieto\, invites parti
cipants to explore the idea of utopianism through a discussion and creativ
e exercise. We will share where we experience belonging\, care\, joy\, and
possibility and\, through a collective mapmaking activity\, situate the f
ragments of utopia that already live in our neighborhoods.\n\nhttps://bamp
